This is a free crochet pattern for Carol Prayer Shawl with photo tutorial in each step. This shawl is from bottom up with two shape instructions, triangle and rounded bottom.
This makes the shawl ideal for all sizes with the rounded bottom tailored for full sized women and the triangle shaped shawl for regular sized women. Using a solid shell stitch, it is sure to keep you warm during those cold evenings.
Shell Stitch is multiple of 8 + 2 sts.
This shawl pattern has two instructions, since the instructions are almost the same, I just put photo tutorial on triangle shawl only.
I received a request for a wide back or a circular back shawl. She added that this shape is best for the wide bodied woman.
