This is a free crochet pattern for Girlie Crop Top with photo tutorial in each step. This can do multiple functions for everyone since it can serve as a crop top, a cover up for your swimsuit or a even as an insert for the low neckline blouse that one cannot seem to wear because of the plunging neckline that shows too much.
This Girlie Crop Top can fit to size S/M and M/L.
Small / Medium: 34"-36" and Medium / Large: 36" - 38"
This crop top is secured using ties around the body and the neck.
Instructions below are in size S/M only, for size M/L please follow in parenthesis ( ) instructions below. When only one number is given, it applies to all sizes.
Size S/M cup can fit to cup A, B
while in size M/L cup can fit to cup C,D
Finished Measurement of the crop top is
S/M : Width - 17.5" X Height - 7.5"
M/L : Width - 18.5" X Height - 8.5"
For longer crop top, you may repeat row 1. Row 1 if not repeated will be right under your bust.

Thread: Bernat Handicrafter Crochet Thread, approximately 200g
Local Thread: Thread 4 ply, approximately 200 g

Ch: Chain, Sc: Single Crochet, Hdc: Half Double Crochet, Dc: Double Crochet, Sp: Space, Sk: Skip
Dc2-tog: *Yarn over the hook, draw up a loop in next st, yarn over the hook, draw through first 2 loops on hook, rep * once more, Yarn over the hook, draw through all 3 loops on hook: dc2-tog made.
Picot: Ch 3, sl st in top of dc or sc.
2" square: 13 sts X 8 Rows of DC
Row 1: Ch 120 (132) , dc in 5th ch from hook, dc in each ch across. [117 (129) dc]
Row 2: Ch 2, turn, dc in next st (consider ch 2 and 1st dc as dc2-tog here and throughout the pattern), dc in each of next st across dc2-tog in last 2 sts. [113 (125) dc and 2 dc2-tog]
Row 3: Ch 2, turn, dc in next st and in each of next st across, dc2-tog in last 2 sts. [111 (123) dc and 2 dc2-tog]
Row 4-11: Rep row 3, gradually decreasing the rows. [95 (107) dc and 2 dc2-tog]

Attach yarn in any corner.
