Row 1: Ch 27 (foundation chain), sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next ch, ch 9, sl st in top of sc, ch 4, sk next 4 ch, *(sc in next ch, ch 9, sl st in top of sc) twice, ch 4, sk next 4 ch, rep * 2 times more, ch 9, sl st in top of sc, sc in last ch.
Row 2: Ch 6 (consider ch 4 as 1st tr c and ch 2 as ch sp), turn, *(sc in next 9 ch loop) twice, ch 4, rep * 3 times more, ch 2, tr c in next sc.
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc in the same st, ch 2, sk next ch 2 sp, *(sc in next sc, ch 9, sl st in top of sc) twice, ch 4, sk next 4 ch sp, rep * 3 times more, ch 2, sk next 2 ch sp, sc in last st.
